Your quotation:

Detailed quotation broken down into all the major items of work.

Quotation carried out by a qualified Quantity Surveyor or Chartered Engineer to ensure that a complete tender price is provided

Before work starts:

Start date specified

Detailed work programme agreed and given to client

Timescale and estimated finish date established

When work starts:

You will be allotted a personal Contracts Manager

We are committed to maintaining the progress of the job in accordance with the programme and the team will not leave the job until it is finished.

Regular meetings on site to discuss the progress and programme of the work

Monthly invoices and prediction of the final account
