Project Notes

The planning conditions required that the original barn had to remain in place and the new build therefore had to take place within the footprint of the old barn.

KIM Construction's flexible working approach allowed for a number of later additions and alterations.

The building was constructed to very high insulation standards incorporating a state of the art air source and solar hot water and heating system.
